Return / Exchange Policy:
We offer the choice of: refund, product exchange, or credit as per the terms and conditions below.
- We approve returns / exchanges only if notified within 7 days of product/s delivery.
- No returns / exchanges will be accepted beyond 30 days of product/s receipt date.

- All returned product/s must be in absolute perfect and new condition, in original box with all manufacturers included accessories.
- Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
- Original product/s box MUST NOT be defaced or altered in any way
- Returned items and boxes must not have any signs of damage or wear.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. If product/s is returned credit will be issued for cost of product/s only, any shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.
- If customer was shipped the requested product/s and size/s, they will be responsible for shipping costs both from and to them in case of return / exchange.
- Customer is responsible for shipping / insurance of packages sent to us. We are NOT responsible for returned product/s lost / damaged during shipping.
- Any freight damaged goods should be reported immediately upon receipt to the delivery service and a claim process should be started.
- Exchanges are credited for the price paid at time of purchase, unless the price of the product has dropped and then the customer will be credited the current lower price.
- We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- There is a 15% restocking fee for any return (not for exchange) of requested product and size. Refund = cost of product to customer 15%
In case of shipping any product back to us; please make sure to protect the product and its box in such manner that it will not be damaged during transit (tape, markings, damage). Damaged box = Damaged product. No exchange or refund will be issued to damaged product.
Packaging Returns / Exchanges:
- Use the original box and/or packaging materials if possible.
- If the original packaging is not available, use a box that will allow for proper protection.
- Include a copy of the order confirmation inside the box a reference of the order number is a must.
- Returned product/s without a reference of the order number will not be processed.
